Buildings, single-family rentals and duplexes
In apartment buildings we can take the full turnover. In houses, duplexes and townhouses, the handyman work we take on ourselves stays small; anything larger is quoted and performed by a licensed partner. In units built before 1978, paint work is done by lead-safe (EPA RRP) certified painters.
