Two "two-bedroom turnovers" can be completely different jobs. One needs a wipe-down and touch-up paint; the other needs a basement trash-out, drywall and a full repaint. A flat price either overcharges the first or surprises you on the second. So every job gets a free quote, confirmed before work starts.
