Junk Removal in Detroit: local notes
Detroit's curbside bulk pickup has limits. The Department of Public Works caps curbside bulk at about 2 cubic yards per pickup (about two stoves' worth), renovation debris has to be bagged or bundled, and paint, tires and batteries aren't accepted. A whole-house or eviction cleanout is far bigger than that, which is where we come in.
The City also offers paid bulk pickups and free drop-off centers for residents. For landlords and owners who need a unit emptied on a deadline, we load, haul and sweep out so the cleaners can start. See our Detroit bulk trash guide for the City's rules.
